Deposits:
Your reservation will only be confirmed once a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation has been received. This deposit may be paid either by credit card, or by a direct payment into our banking account, in which case we would need a faxed copy as proof of payment. Thereafter full payment to made before arrival.  A bill back procedure will only be accepted once a voucher has been sent to us. 

Cancellations:
A non-arrival or cancellation made less than 48 hrs before reservation date will not be refunded.
